About us

HAILSTONE is a film production company that was established in 2013 in Slovakia. Our main focus is on creating independent documentaries and art house fiction films for both cinema, TV and VOD. We tackle topics related to society, climate change, social issues and personal stories. Our films are sometimes controversial and thought-provoking, but they are always made with passion and meet the highest cinematic standards.

We take pride in our success at national film awards and festivals worldwide, but we believe that our upcoming projects will define our true worth.
